Zinc Phosphate: The original process resulting in a light grey color.

Manganese Phosphate: Current process used resulting in a charcoal grey, almost black color.

 

Moly Coating

 

This process is a thin film coating that is sprayed on and baked to provide a hard finish that is resistant to scuff, wear, and water. Moly coating is available in a variety of colors in flat or gloss finishes.
